Background: 

In order to expand Prima's influence and promote communication with customers, three of our colleagues Aggie, Lynn, and Cassie went to Canada in December 2024 to attend The builiding show, and also visited customers who were working with us.

After attending the exhibition on December 6, 2024, three colleagues visited five customers in the next few days. The main contents of the visit were:

Measure product size, confirm product details, negotiate prices, and facilitate transactions.

Results and impact: 

Although the winter in Canada is very cold and the snow is very thick, it can't stop Aggie, Lynn, and Cassie's enthusiasm. They go back and forth between different customers every day, and finally help domestic colleagues determine the cabinets, stairs and other product information required by customers, promote customer transactions, and have won orders.

This visit was very effective, promoting the growth of performance and deepening customer trust.
